The location and view were amazing, with beautiful east mountains. The operational staff were kind and warm, especially the receptionist and waiter. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. The hotel had a magical atmosphere, reminiscent of the 1920s.

This hotel has a lot to offer for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful mountains. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view and a bathtub to unwind in after a long day of exploring. And lastly, the location was perfect - not as crowded as Cortina, but still conveniently close to everything we wanted to see.

The WiFi was terrible, we could barely use our phones inside the hotel. Also, the secure bike storage was not very secure at all, and we ended up being quite worried about leaving our bikes there overnight.
